We are looking for part-time Brand Representatives in Zurich to help deliver the local brand activation plan that grows On's fan base and connection with runners and movers. You are a true brand ambassador, consistently driving engagement with the brand and are deeply connected to what is happening within sports communities on the road, track, or on the shop floor. Your Team
You'll join HEY PAL's Brand Representative team and work closely with On's local Brand Activation Team
You'll deliver authentic retail and event experiences tehat grow On's fan base including B2B activation, staff training, product education, try-on activities and visual merchandising
Simply put, your team is focused on delivering experiences; from the small one-to-one interactions, to product try-on experiences with customers as well as sell-out support on the shop floor - making every interaction memorable and authentically On
Your Mission
Drive brand and product education with retail partners
Support visual merchandising and premium presentation at POS in key retail spaces
Build relationships with local communities and support events (runs, try-ons, events)
Your Story
Ideally 1-2 years relevant experience in brand activation aka technical representative roles or related experience in retail, sales, marketing or events
Ability to excite our retail partners and ignite local communities about On's brand with excellent communication and relationship building skills
A passion for people and movement is paramount for all Brand Representatives
Expertise in Performance Running products, including technical specifications and competitive landscape
Building and maintaining relationships is not just a strength but a motivator for you. You have finger on the pulse of sports and movement communities and love connecting with people in them
Adapting and hands on. Our team navigates changing environments and unexpected challenges in the field with a solutions oriented approach
Fluent in German and a working proficiency in English are required for this position
Drivers license and a proclivity for being on the road
Flexible to work on weekends and in the evening
You'll be trusted to work autonomously, managing your own workload and scheduling so being self-motivated, highly resourceful and organized es key to thriving on this role
