Your Mission
Deliver authentic event experiences that grow On's fan base through
- One-to-one interactions
- Try-on experiences
- Exciting incentives
Your Profile
Experience in brand activation aka technical representative roles or related experience in retail, sales, marketing or events.
Ability to excite consumers and ignite local communities about On's brand with excellent communication and relationship building skills.
A passion for people and movement is paramount for all Brand Representatives.
Expertise in Performance Running products, including technical specifications and competitive landscape is beneficial.
Building and maintaining relationships is not just a strength but a motivator for you. You have a finger on the pulse of sports and movement communities and love connecting with people in them.
Willingness to travel within Switzerland.
Adapting and hands on. Our team navigates changing environments and unexpected challenges in the field with a solutions oriented approach.
Fluent in German or French and a working proficiency in English are required for this position.
